Hello! I'm J.Avlis, born in Porto and currently living in Santa Maria da Feira - Aveiro. I'm passionate about people management and technological innovation. Married to a wonderful woman and proud father of two incredible daughters, I find inspiration in my family to constantly seek new challenges and growth opportunities.
Professionally, I work as the Head of HR Strategy and HRIS Development Department, where I apply my experience and knowledge to lead initiatives that drive strategic human resources development and the implementation of information systems, among other responsibilities.
Looking ahead, my goal is to develop digital products using NoCode technology. I believe in the power of innovation and am determined to explore new frontiers in creating solutions that simplify processes and promote efficiency.
